Lunch Orders for Students in Elementary (PreK4 – 5th Grade)
Each week an order form will be sent home with Elementary students (PreK4-5th grade), and available for download by going to Edline. Elementary students must pre-order for the week and are not allowed
to purchase items outside of the pre-ordered form which is signed by a parent or guardian. We ask
that an order form be completed for each child in a family participating in the lunch program. Parents
may, however, combine all orders for the family. Due to the nature of the ordering process, we ask that
there be no late orders and all order forms and checks must be at the school by the Monday morning of each week. You can order up to 2 weeks in advance, just be sure that the student’s name, grade and date are completed. We accept cash or checks, which should be made payable to THE CRENSHAW SCHOOL.
Lunch for Students in Middle and High School (6th – 12th Grade)
Middle and High School students are not required to use an order form and may purchase individual
items from the menu ala-carte.
Allergies
The Crenshaw School is sensitive to the needs of all students with allergies; however the school cannot be absolutely certain that all food products are free of potential allergens, notably peanut or peanut
related products. If a student has a severe allergy we strongly advise parents to consider other lunch options. |
