CRENSHAW GUILD

Our school values the assistance of its parents, who partner with us, share our core values, understand our mission and support our curriculum, faculty, staff and administration through extensive volunteer activities and events. Parents recognize that effective partnerships are characterized by clearly defined responsibilities, a shared commitment to collaboration, open lines of communication, mutual respect and trust, and a common vision of the goals to be reached.

Parent involvement is a vital element in the personality and culture of the school. We thrive on parental involvement and our parents thrive on being involved.

Working together as an army of volunteers, we enhance every area of campus life, including raising funds to enrich the school. Through its committees and activities there are more than enough opportunities to find a place to use your talents.

We’re looking for strong leaders as well as those who are more comfortable following; people with artistic talent and those who are good at crunching numbers; parents who love fundraising and those who would never ask for a dime. Whether it’s chairing the Fall Festival, the Annual Extravaganza, Auction, stuffing a mailing or Teacher Appreciation Week, there is an important job waiting for you at Crenshaw.
