Can small be a virtue? Well, if you’re considering schools, absolutely. Our more intimate setting enables kids to be more involved on more levels - in the classroom, in sports, in the arts. Our students regularly attend colleges and universities in Florida, as well as Columbia University and Princeton University, to name a few.
Established in Orlando in 1999, The Crenshaw School has students from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. Crenshaw maintains a low student-teacher ratio. In our close environment, students know they have support from their teachers and friends. They learn to ask questions, think critically and communicate well. Great things come in small packages.
Because we are small, student/faculty/parent partnerships come easier. Our family-centered environment develops academically, culturally, socially, and emotionally strong students. We have students that excel in championship teams, acclaimed fine arts programs and drama programs second to none. One-on-one education and shared classroom and extracurricular experiences are of equal importance here. Grade by
grade, you will se how rewarding that is to your child.
To be at Crenshaw is to belong at Crenshaw. And, if we preserve this environment, our students will continue to appreciate and respect each other. While many students will become great leaders, scholars, athletes and artists, our goals is to develop world-class students who can recognize and celebrate the talents in each other. At The Crenshaw School we don’t set out to be the biggest, just the best.
The Crenshaw School has accreditations from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and Curriculum Improvement (SACS CASI) and the Association of Independent Schools of Florida (AISF).
