Student Council

The Student Council's purpose is:

to develop school spirit
to develop respect for the democratic process, and give the student body an
    opportunity to participate.
to give students an opportunity for decision-making.
to help students develop their leadership abilities.
to provide students an opportunity to share their creative talents.
to create a favorable school atmosphere.
to help other students and our school.
to help our planet.

Representatives should have the following qualifications:

A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
An acceptable discipline record.
One who can take part in meetings once a week.
One that can follow directions well.
Once than can come back and report to the class.
One that is dependable.

Current Projects:

Give Kids the World - first Tuesday of each month.
Sales of candy, good, and doughnuts to gain profit.
Organize school projects such as Spirit Week.
