Welcome to The Crenshaw School's Library On-Line Resources. This collection of on-line resources has been selected and made available as a way of assisting Crenshaw students to make effective use of the vast resources of the Internet and World Wide Web. There is no shortage of links on the Web. However, it isn't always easy to sift through the search engines and directories to find the best of all those resources that are available in Cyberspace. We hope that you find something helpful here.  There are a number of different types of information resource links on this page. They have been selected because they are some of the most useful of their kind.

The Internet Public Library.  Excellent source for reference, exhibits, magazines, newspapers, online texts and web searching.

It is a reference source for business professionals, providing financial news and business news, financial news coverage, company and personal profiles, in depth cutting edge feature reporting, special reports, and daily columns.

 

          

Fox News is a US based cable and satellite news channel and MSNBC is a 24-hour cable channel in the US and Canada.  Both networks broadcast up-to-date local, nationwide, and worldwide news and current events.

 

The New York Times On The Web

 

 

The New York Times, US News, and The Washington Post are daily publications that are now available on-line.  These publications provide readers with nationwide and worldwide current events in politics, business, technology, science, health, sports, style, and the arts.

 

News

The Orlando Sentinel is the primary newspaper of the Orlando, Florida region.  The publication is available online to provide news and information for the Orlando area.  Information on weather, hurricane news, sports, and entertainment are available as well.
